Cooking is my passion and a space where I let my creativity breathe—I use each course to express my style, my energy, and my love for honest flavors.

I’ve learned through family and real kitchens
I first learned to cook in my family when I was little, then I deepened my training in culinary school and through years of hands-on work across very different restaurants, from simple trattorias to Michelin-starred fine dining.

I let ingredients lead the experience
I focus on quality and deep respect for the ingredients, choosing mostly local, zero-kilometer products. I also use different cooking techniques to bring out the very best in every ingredient.
